We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific ROCES size chart. For most performance models, we suggest a snug fit, while recreational skaters may prefer a half-size up for extra comfort.
What is your return policy for sporting equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, equipment showing signs of outdoor use or wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Are ROCES products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all ROCES products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular use or impact damage.
